- 3rd Session-Reflection report for Renewing the Mind 15 minutes, Deep Breathing exercises, signature Aromatherapy blend for quit smoking and Chromotherapy 15 minutes, Hypnotherapy for Quit Smoking 1hr 30 minutes. Take away : Positive Affirmations, 7 actions, and a Journal
Phase 2 Renewal
- 4th Session- Guided Writing for Renewing the Mind 15 minutes, Deep Breathing, Aromatherapy blend for quit smoking, Chromotherapy 15 minutes, Hypnotherapy for Quit Smoking 1hr 30-45 minutes. Take away: Acupressure Points, Nose Cleansing and recommendation Ear Seeds.
- 5th Session-Guided Revisit for Renewing the Mind 15 minutes, Deep Breathing, Quit Smoking Aromatherapy. 1hr 30 minutes Hypnotherapy for Quit Smoking and Will Power. Take away: Recommended foods and beverages to eat and avoid, pre-sleep and self hypnosis.
- Complete 10 hours (5 sessions) Quit Smoking is $1,000 (USD).It is recommended to comeback within 72 days in to do an “upkeep” session to lower the chances significantly of relapsing.
